Q1: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: For standard sapphire optical windows & ruby IPL filters, MOQ is 10 pcs. For ultra-small custom precision optical parts, MOQ is 50–100 pcs. We accept sample orders for R&D testing.
Q2: Can I get free samples for testing?
A: We provide paid samples; sample cost can be deducted from your bulk order later. Shipping cost is borne by buyers.
2. Custom Processing
Q3: What custom sizes and tolerances can you achieve?
A: Diameter range 0.5mm–150mm, thickness tolerance ±0.001mm. Surface flatness up to λ/10. We support special irregular shapes, steps, holes engraving.
Q4: What anti-reflection coatings do you offer for sapphire optics?
A: Single-layer AR, multi-layer broadband AR, IR coating, UV coating, high-reflection coating customized according to your laser/IPL equipment wavelength.
Q5: Do your sapphire components comply with MIL scratch-dig standards?
A: All finished optical parts are fully inspected to meet MIL-RF-13830 & MIL-M-13508 standards; scratch/dig grades 40/20, 60/40 optional.
Q6: Can you produce ruby filters for IPL beauty machines?
A: Yes, we mass-produce rectangular ruby filters for hair removal, skin rejuvenation IPL devices, stable light transmittance with consistent batch performance.
3. Quality Inspection
Q7: How do you inspect optical components before delivery?
A: 100% full inspection: video measuring system for dimension, high-power light source for scratch/dig, spectrometer for transmittance test. We can provide independent inspection reports per batch.
Q8: What’s the light transmittance of your sapphire windows?
A: Uncoated sapphire 85%–88% transmittance; AR coating can reach over 98% in target wavelength band.
4. Lead Time & Shipment
Q9: How long is production lead time?
A: Standard stock items: 2–3 working days. Custom coated/cut optics: 10–15 working days. Mass bulk orders: 15–25 days based on quantity.
Q10: What shipping methods do you support?
A: DHL/FedEx/UPS express for samples; sea freight / air freight for bulk orders. We provide door-to-door shipping tracking.
5. Payment & Documents
Q11: What payment terms do you accept?
A: T/T wire transfer 50% deposit before production, balance before shipment.
Q12: Can you provide CO certification and inspection reports?
A: Yes, we offerCO certificate, commercial invoice, packing list, and batch optical inspection test reports free of charge.
6. After-sales
Q13: What if the products have defects after receipt?
A: If defects caused by our processing, we support free rework or re-production. You only need to provide photos/videos of defective goods within 7 days after receiving cargo.
