QUALITY ASSURANCE
All optical components are first tested in our metrology laboratory, then inspected visually in compliance with MIL-RF-13830 and MIL-M-13508 scratch & dig standards. General surface quality is checked under a 60W lamp against a black background. For strict tolerance requirements, we adopt illuminated microscopes and Starrett video imaging systems (12x zoom), which can detect tiny blemishes as small as 0.001mm.
Besides scratch and dig inspection, we also check for sleeks and other material defects that may affect product performance. Every product is 100% fully inspected to eliminate surface flaws. Our team receives regular professional training to comply with strict ISO quality standards. We work closely with clients to align with their supply chain requirements.
